Pan ovillo de lana -Wool Bread

Siempre busco tiempo para preparar pan casero, y desde que descubrí este Pan ovillo de lana o Wool Bread en youtube se ha convertido en uno de mis preferidos.
Tengo un montón de libros sobre el mundo del pan, he probado un montón de recetas y muchas veces me cuesta elegir una para poner aquí, pero cuando mi hija me contó la que había visto por ese canal y lo bonita que se veía, lo tuve claro, así que nos liamos las dos en la cocina, elegimos relleno y luego disfrutamos para la merienda de una delicia de masa dulce.
Si queréis ver lo fácil que es hacerlo os dejo el enlace aquí, una imagen vale más que mil palabras así que os voy a dejar los ingredientes y la elaboración junto con mis toques personales y nos ponemos manos a la obra. Manos limpias, delantal puesto, horno calentándose y a hornear se ha dicho!
* 80ml leche tibia
* 3g levadura seca de panadero
* 300g harina de fuerza
* 5g sal
* 30g azúcar
* 1 huevo
* 100ml nata para montar
* 80g pepitas de chocolate
* ralladura de una naranja
* unas gotas de agua de azahar
ELABORACIÓN
1. Activar la levadura, para ello en un vaso mezclar la levadura seca de panadero junto con los 80ml de leche tibia, dejar levar unos 5 minutos. A la que comience a espumar la tenemos lista. Mientras en el bol de amasar mezclar la harina tamizada, sal, azúcar, incorporar la nata, el huevo y la levadura ya activada. Con el gancho de amasar, ir mezclando hasta conseguir una masa elástica y homogénea. Cubrir el bol con papel film y dejar levar en un lugar sin corrientes de aire hasta que doble el volumen ( 1 hora más o menos).
2.Engrasar un molde colocando papel de horno en la base. Reservar. Una vez levada la masa, volcar sobre la superficie de trabajo, dividirla en cinco partes iguales. Tomar cada porción de masa , formar unas bolas creando tensión, cubrir con papel film y dejar reposar 15 minutos.
Transcurrido el tiempo, tomar una porción, con la ayuda de un rodillo extenderla formando un rectángulo, con una mancuerna o cuchillo, ir haciendo cortes a lo largo bien finos de la mitad del rectángulo hasta un extremo. En la zona que no hemos cortado, colocar los chips de chocolate e ir enrollando, acomodar sobre el molde, hacer lo mismo con el resto de las masas. Cubrir con papel film y dejar doblar el volumen, ( 1 hora). Pintar con leche y hornear 170°C durante 20 minutos. Dejar templar en el molde durante 10 minutos, retirar y dejar templar sobre una rejilla.
Por si mi explicación no os gusta o en la foto no os queda demasiado claro, os recomiendo ir a ver el video, es muy sencillo de hacer, os lo prometo. Ya me contaréis si lo hacéis. Yo lo he rellenado con chocolate, pero si queréis podéis hacerlo salado o con mermelada por ejemplo, cualquier opción os encantará. Qué os aproveche!
